I was at a crossroads in my life when I met Julie. I had a degree in psychology but wasn’t sure about which direction to take with that – I felt stuck and not able to move forward in my thinking. Through coaching, hypnotherapy and guided meditation sessions, Julie helped me to listen to my inner wisdom and clear away all the ‘noise’ of unhelpful thinking.

I am now on a counselling course and really excited about my future possibilities, following my path and connected to where I want to be in life – helping others. Working with Julie helped me to change my life for the better – I would recommend her to anyone with a similar dilemma.
